My name is Scarlett and I’m a life-loving woman who adores fashion and all sorts of designer goods from handbags to shoes and from hats to lingerie… I’m a firm believer that being bigger than Twiggy (in her younger years) should not make you feel less attractive or sexy.
For years I struggled with my looks and body until I met my husband and fell in love. Now with his love I’ve begun to love myself and really enjoy my life. Now I’m not so bothered about my body – I still like my designer clothes though! And my very public shoe fetish is legendary! Lol!
Many of us look at the magazines that surround us and see all the great fashion photography and high brow clothing shops and, yes, the clothes look good… but on them… beautiful skinny models who nothing but eat fruit and leafy salad all day. I enjoy salads too as long as they are accompanied by grilled fish or chicken. I don’t eat unhealthily… I possibly eat a little too much but… anyway… this blog is for me to have a little fun! And for you too… if you are like me.
I do like my fair share of food & drink, I don’t exercise as much as I should according to everyone. But I’m happy – and my fella’s happy too If I’m happy. He loves my “curves and cuddly bits”, as he calls them!
The only problem I have really had in the last 10 years or so is finding good, quality designer clothing for plus size women. This is partly because I live in Malaga, Andalusia in Southern Spain. And then I “discovered” the internet about seven years ago. Finally I could browse sites all over the world, and choose clothing specifically for plus size women. It’s tricky sometimes to find great bargains but that is what I’m going to do here and when I find them I’m going to let my friends know all about it! And that’s you lovely people!
