Good title for a blog post I think!  But what do I mean by it?

What this blog is about, is empowering women to seek online for life fulfilment.  I see this blog as being a conduit to lots of different ideas and sites that promote subjects that may traditionally seen as feminine.  I like fashion. I like food. I like films. I like gossip.  I like Johnny Depp…  I love Johnny Depp!

Often women’s online sites imply that we need to liberate ourselves… that is to imply that we are shackled to something.  In my case that’s rubbish!  So lets assume we are free.  But if we are free then, how can we feel free?  That’s the biggest question we should ask ourselves.  To quote the loveable Bob Marley – “None but ourselves can free our minds”.

And the answer is within ourselves.  Most of the mystics and religious teachers agree on this point.  They say that the path to true happiness is one we must travel alone but there’s as many forms of happiness as there are people.  So we should decide on what it is that makes us happy. So many things make me happy!  I see the sun shine and I smile, I find a lovely swimsuit that doesn’t make me look like a hippo in spandex… and I’m happy.  I find a new large women online clothing site and I’m over the moon!  I find a dress at the market that fits me perfectly, and I’m ecstatic!

It is possible then, that happiness is in the detail?
